Magical Place

If you have to describe the hotel in one word it would be Magical! The hotel is perfect in every detail and its location is unmatched. It is an oasis of tranquility and elegance. The staff shines for their excellence in service, kindness and attention. From the moment you arrive to check in you feel excellently attended. Ein sehr schönes Hotel direkt am Stephansplatz / Dom, die U-Bahn ist direkt am Hotel. Das Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend und immer hilfsbereit, besser geht nicht, 5 Sterne. Das Frühstück ist TOP, Essen, Personal, Aussicht hier gibt es nichts zu meckern. Beim nächsten Wien Besuch kommen wir wieder. Danke für den schönen Aufenthalt.

I’ve Stayed in lots of hotels over the years,And this one although not the biggest , is one of the best. The room we had 606 was absolutely perfect from the view to house keeping, the staff at this hotel are second to none. I can not recommend this hotel enough. Location is just the best and handy for all the sights. When I return to Vienna this is the hotel I’ll be staying at.

You cannot get closer to everything!

You could not pick a more perfect location! Our breakfast window overlooked the St. Stephen Cathedral and the view was breathtaking! The hotel was clean and immaculate, the hotel staff was very accommodating and we would definitely return! The room was beautiful and loved the heated floors in the bathroom and huge jacuzzi bathtub along with large shower.

The staff were exceptional, attentive and accommodating. The morning breakfast was outstanding with a beautiful morning view of the church and platz. Ahab was great..good conversation and made whole food, natural drinks. Greatly located in the center of everything: was able to window shop, visit the Dome Stephan, Sisi Museum and Imperial Court within two hours by foot. The front desk (a girl unfortunately didn’t get her name in the evening of Jan 10) was so helpful assisting me research what I wanted to do in a short stay. In an evening and two hours on the morning I went to see a concert, window shopped, visited Sisi Museum, walked around Hoffburg, visited Imperial Crypt and got to airport early. I’ll come back!

A gorgeous hotel in the midst of a busy area. The staff were wonderful and made sure to take care of my families every need. A wonderful view of St Stephens can be seen during the buffet breakfast, a must stay location.
