Cozy Apartment near Wien Hauptbahnhof

Welcome to our apartment, ideally located in Favoriten. The Apartment includes a living room and a bedroom and it is optimal for up to 3 people (Queen sized bed in bedroom for 2 people, and a pull-out couch in living room gives room for another person). The apartment is near the subway station “Reumanplatz” (U1 = Subway number 1). With the U1 Subway you are just 10 minutes away from the city centre and just 2 stops from the main station (Südtiroler Platz, Hauptbahnhof).

The Apartment is located in a historical building typical for Vienna – built around 1900 (1st floor with elevator). The Apartment has 44 m² and is optimal for up to 3 persons. The Bedroom includes a comfortable bed for 2 adults. The living room has a pull-out couch and there is room for 1 adult as well. The living room also includes a TV and a dining room area. The small kitchen is located in the entrance area of the apartment (includes a stove and a refrigerator). A small bathroom is also included in this apartment.

The will be clean only before and after your stay. If you wish to have extra cleaning, you can book it in our extra services for an additional price.

We offer monthly discount for longer period of stay. Please kindly let us know if you are interested in staying longer with us !

A security deposit will be held and authorized on your credit card during the reservation process. This amount is only authorized and blocked on your credit card and will be released within 7 days after check out if no damages are incurred during the stay.
Due to legal regulations, the guests have to enter themselves in an online guest book (name, identification data, address).

Please close all windows and lock the doors when you leave the apartment.

During the heating period: to save energy, please only open the windows briefly to air them out - do not leave them open or tilted open all the time.
Recommended room temperature for heating setting: 20-21 degrees Celsius; please do not set more than 22-23 degrees.
