I made the reservation months in advance for a family suite that would accommodate three. Instead due to over booking we were given three very small rooms at a sister hotel down the street.We were not happy. I did appreciate the free breakfast and the storage of our luggage.

I can only give 6 out of ten on this occasion. Firstly, the room was on the 7th floor and only 1 lift was working most of the time. It doesn't help when the cleaners were hogging the lift. Not good for a 60 plus couple. The pillows were too soft. The type that your head bury's into. And the room was so damned stuffy. The heating was not on but I was forced to open the double doors to the balcony every night. This was in December! The bathroom/shower was good except for when you climbed in, you are stepping on the curved corner of the bath, even allowing for the shower glass door opened up. The cleaners didn't vaccum at all when we requested a clean. Only the bed was made & the bins.emptied. On our first day out, we just stepped out from the hotel entrance and stopped to check our phone map when out of nowhere a disposable lighter dropped just 2 feet from where I was standing. I looked up to see 2 x young men dressed in black polo shirts sitting on a balcony from the direction the lighter came from. I looked up with discussed. They ignored me. I thought they were guests but I later found out they were the cleaners this hotel employed! I didn't report this at the time but had I had known they were cleaners, I would have. This is totally unacceptable, Garner Hotels! I will NOT stay at your hotels again!

Did not get the room we reserved. check-in was very time consuming because only one person was there and there were many people checking in. parking extremely inconvenient. rooms are o k , but the showers were ridiculous, there was only half a door in the shower , so water would spill all over the floor.

Good location if you need to be near Wien Hbf. But otherwise, it is slightly outside the main city area and lacks a bit of life. The hotel however was spectacular and room was very comfortable. Special shoutout to the front desk staff, Sam, for being easygoing, helpful and friendly.

予約した部屋とずいぶん違う部屋をアサインされて、予約の通りの部屋に変えて欲しいと申し出たところ部屋がないため徒歩3分の系列ホテルに移るように言われました。 系列ホテルで用意された部屋は広かったですが床が斜めになっていて気分が悪くなりました。 何よりトイレ、シャワー、洗面所と全ての水場で水が出ず、修理対応してくれて水が出るようにはなりましたが1時間程度かかり、大変疲れました。 2度とこのホテルを利用することはありません。
