The day we supposed to check out the cleaning crew knocked the door multiple times even though i told them we will check out around 11.30am. FYI the check out time in this hotel is noon. For the price i payed it's not worthed.

The room was very good. Check in process was very slow. We were not given a room in the category we had booked. However, the front desk staff were kind enough to offer us breakfast for two, on the house. The breakfast while good with plenty of choices, was very crowded with a very large group of tourists, which spoilt our experience. I don't think the hotel could have done much here.

I was given an upgrade which was cool. But my mini fridge wasn’t working. I called them. No one came. Next day I told the front desk, they replaced it. Now it worked but was weak. So I kept all my drinks in my friend’s room through out my stay 😂 also, they didn’t replace used things in the bathroom. Like, they didn’t even refill the body lotion bottle

Overall good experience here. Location is excellent with transports next door. Excellent breakfast choices, Max at the egg counter was awesome. Only things left with a bad taste was no plugs for the kettle near the fridge cabinet and very pathetic work by the daily house keeping staffs in terms of cleanliness and upkeep.Had to request again for supplies.

Great location which is the reason we booked here. We could walk to all the main tourist attractions but there was also a Vienna hop-on, hop-off bus stop just across the street. The property and staff were great and had everything we need. The only comment I had was that our hand towels had blonde hair on them (we have dark hair so it wasn’t ours) but otherwise, everything else seemed clean enough.

Excellent location, great hotel

Great location near U-Bahn stops, 15-20 min walk to museums and historic sites in the city center. Staff was very helpful, room was clean and comfortable. Only complaint is that the tub has a high side so getting in and out to shower is awkward and there was no grab bar.
