A beautifully refurbished hotel. The cleanliness was 5/5. Some staff could do with being more cheerful although this seemed to be the theme throughout Vienna. My biggest notes are to sort out your key cards and room allocations The key cards deactivated frequently which made it particularly difficult when we had booked 2 identical rooms in our booking but they were allocated 3 floors apart. Heavens knows the logic behind that because it was not because the room types were different, in fact the rooms were identical right down to the rolleraway beds. ( this was only needed in one room…).

Very nice hotel, in a very central location with many public transportation options. We took a panoramic room: overall a nice room, a bit outdated, with low ceilings. Narrow bathroom with a shower and no bidet.

The hotel is in an excellent location. It offers excellent services and has friendly helpful staff. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The shower is small causing water to splash out, the design l could have been enhanced to avoid this situation. Everything else was excellent

Tap water may be drinkable but still they need to put bottle of water in rooms. There is no different sink at the hotel, so people get hesitation to drink water from bathroom’s sink.

The lobby area and gym is prob the best part of this hotel, everything else is pretty poor. No amenities in the room or water bottles, a/c did not work, disappointing when paying those expensive fees per night

Excellent Location.

Excellent comfortable hotel from which to visit Vienna, very comfortable, bright rooms with a nice bathroom. good bar and restaurant. Easy connection to and from the airport via the train station opposite. Within walking distance of all the sights of Vienna and surrounded by a good selections of coffee shops and restaurants.
