The hotel was exceptional start to finish. Great room and amenities. Awesome breakfast. Well stocked mini bar. Very quiet and private but close to everything. The staff was also very good and helpful. They have an afternoon happy hour. We didn’t make that bit will next time.

A true boutique hotel. Everyone was so friendly. I stayed for a week and felt at home. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was great with à la carte options include. The goulash and eggs are perfect after a night out. In a very convenient part of the old town close to the sights, restaurants and subway. If you are inspired by the music in Vienna there is a piano for your enjoyment as well.

Simply outstanding service at a very nice hotel

A fantastic hotel with outstanding service and convenient access to many of Vienna's sites. The breakfast was outstanding with some of the best omelettes I have had. But the best was their response to a mistake on my part in leaving an item behind when we left. I notified the hotel and they arranged to ship it to me at a future hotel stay where I was able to conveniently retrieve it. A great stay and even better service on their end.

Enchanting experience, a must on your bucket list. The staff are so professional and friendly you feel part of the family. In addition to the spacious room, there is a beautiful garden area, a tea and coffee area, and free beer every night during happy hour. Also many fine restaurants and shops nearby.

Best service from staff. Best brekfast with home made eggs and crepes. I so looked forward to the breakfasts every day. Loved this hotel so much.
