Service, location and amenities in no particular order. Hotel Capricorno has a lot to offer to their guests. From the easy check in to the hassle free check out. Assistance given with our suitcases being delivered to our room on the first day and then to the waiting taxi on our departure. A big thank you to the thoughtful breakfast team who always serves with a smile. And then we have Marco, Claudia, Angelika and Mathias from the Front desk who are always considerate and available to answer our queries. Dining and shopping options galore in the surrounding area. Stephenplatz square is a mere few minutes walk away but so much to see on the way there. If walking is not your thing, the metro U1 is just to the left of the hotel’s entrance which you can use to get to the train station if you are interested to go to Prague and Bratislava . The hotel staff can also assist with the Vienna Sightseeing hop on/ hop off bus tickets, the pick up spot is also to the left and across from the hotel. I would definitely stay here again on my return to Vienna. I felt safe, comfortable and relaxed. The included breakfast from 6:30 am to 11 am was a perfect way to start the day plus who doesn’t want coffee and cakes at 3 pm to 6 pm.

Stayed two nights and was really impressed by just how nice, friendly, and professional all the staff were. Room was warm and clean, breakfast was excellent, and the hotel is in a good spot for access to the centre plus a short walk from the CAT train to the airport.

Excellent 24 hour hotel with clean comfortable room and bed. Room had pillow treats which was a lovely touch. Everyone was so very polite and friendly. The breakfast was delicious and had a great choice. I’m a simple egg and toast person myself but I did enjoy the variety. Excellent location next to trams and underground station for the city and the main attractions. Very safe place, easy and relaxing too. Will definitely return.

This is one of the cleanest hotels I've stayed in - not a speck of dust in the room, and the housekeepers were kind enough to fold my clothes (when needed) and place them neatly on the bed. At other hotels, they would just throw them anywhere unfolded after making the room. The hotel arranged my airport-hotel-airport commute (60 euros to hotel, and 55 euros to airport), and the staff at reception were kind and helpful. My friend needed to leave a suitcase in storage for a few hours due to a personal delay, and the staff allowed her to do so, even though she wasn't staying at the hotel. Although the hotel offers complimentary tea and cake to residents 3pm-6pm daily, it would help to have the rooms equipped with tea-making facilities. Guests returning from a night out would appreciate being able to prepare a cup of tea in their room before going to bed. Overall, an excellent stay at the Capricorno. Will come again.

Great location for walking or transit. Breakfast was lovely with a great selection. Also enjoyed the cake in the afternoon. Room was spacious with a great shower and some counterspace in the bathroom. Comfortable beds and pillows. The balcony was nice too. The staff were the best. Very helpful and friendly. We will definitely stay here again.

Hotel Capricorno has a great location and very convenient to walk around or travel with transportations (metros & trams are really nearby). All the staffs are very helpful & friendly. The breakfast is very nice to start the morning well. We really enjoyed our stay. The only thing that I highly recommend is the hotel needs a renovation - the room and especially the bath.

Very convenient hotel for the city centre, about 15 minutes walk away. On the banks of the Danube canal, with frequent buses, trams and 5 minutes from the City Bus Tour stop. Excellent buffet breakfast.

Great location, just some meters far from a subway station. Just a small walk to the main streets of the touristic center. Easy to get from the airport by bus. A nice stay with a good location right outside the metro. Staff were helpful as they gave me an extra duvet since the one in the room was so tiny. Bathroom is VERY loud when you turn the lights on so much so i just never turned it on

Would highly recommend this property... it is situated in an ideal location for picking up the Hop On Hop Off bus, walking to some of the main sights like St Stephen's Cathedral and also for bars and restaurants. The Staff are very friendly and only to happy to help with any queries or recommendations. Breakfast was also lovely, especially if you are an egg lover however, there are plenty continental options if not.

Great place to stay in the heart of Vienna!

Great location next to metro & tram stop (and the boats to & from Vienna). Amazing breakfast. We also loved the afternoon tea with cake.

Lovely hotel in an excellent location. Very welcoming & staff went out of their way to provide excellent service. The hotel provides a great buffet breakfast with the option of cooked eggs. The is no bar but each room has a mini bar & the is an honesty bar in the small lounge next to reception. I would definitely recommend.

This is a nice hotel in good location in the inner city. The staff is very friendly. The breakfast is very good. The room was well equipped and clean, but it is too small even for a single room. This is true especially for the bathroom that is too small to sit comfortably on the toilet seat
