Very clean, nice staff, breakfast good fresh continental breakfast. Loads of options. Shops for snacks etc nearby. The area is a bit shabby, but it is ok, felt safe to me. Lots of transport connections. 1 stop U bahn to station 4 stops to city centre.

The Hotel and staff are great... Close to the Subway which is great, but the subway closes at 12 Sun-Thurs... Not the Hotel's issue. Parking is great, close by and safe. Hotel Caroline is excellent for it's price range. I thank the staff

It’s a very good hotel and the receptionist is wonderful! The location is ok and you can take U1 by walking 5 min. I requested for a quiet room and was very good. Breakfast is good and it’s a good bargain.

A great place for visiting Vienna

Overall it’s a very good place to stay and visiting Vienna. Although a bit outside the city center, it’s very well connected with busses, trams, and subway. The room and the bathroom were very spacious with a lot of space for storage, and mostly very quiet! The bed too very comfortable. The breakfast buffet in the morning offered a plenty of food, sweets and savory. They do offer a parking possibility at €20/day a block away from the hotel, very convenient when traveling by car.

The hotel is clean and comfy, situated at a location near just 15 mins walk from Wien HBF. We were really very impressed with the helpfulness of receptionist Syed. He took the time to answer to our many questions and even accommodated to some of our requests. He is the definition of warm Austrian hospitality. Breakfast was great too. A lot of good cheese. All in all, this hotel is a gem.

Nice room except for the window!

The hotel room was pleasantly large so we had lots of space. The only negative is in our room the bathroom had a window that overlooks the main bedroom space. So when a person takes a shower, anyone in the bedroom can see everything despite the frosted glass. This is an issue if a family is staying there with grown children.
