Hotel Senator is close to public transportation to and from everything you have to visit or see, from the local bus terminal (U3 to Tram 9) to downtown Vienna （Tram 43) to the airport (Trams 9 and 2 and Train S7). It is also close to a local Ldle supermarket

This seems very popular with young people. Bus loads of students checked in. Though the lobby was busy, our room on the top floor was quiet. It’s on a very busy road which means lots of shops and restaurants but also constant traffic. The tram stop is nearby giving easy access to the city centre. The location is also very convenient for Schloss Schonbrun. Vienna is an expensive city but in my opinion this hotel is a great value.

Great little hotel - clean convenient comfortable

Clean and convenient little hotel with good amenities in a walkable neighborhood with easy access to public transit. There are also many options for food and basic shopping for necessities. The hotel is very quiet and a really good value.

Decent budget business hotel in Vienna

The hotel is quite nice, with a surrounding area full of amenities and convenient tram access. The condition of the hotel is good, and everything is clean. However, it does cater primarily to business travelers. During our stay, it was somewhat noisy due to a large group of guests nearby, and staff knocked on doors early in the morning multiple times without clear reasons. On a positive note, the 24/7 reception was very helpful for my late flight arrival.

Second time I have stayed here, staff are great, hotel is well located to the embassy i needed to visit. Rooms are below par. Beds not comfortable, pillows terrible. Very poor lighting. But, at the price, it is good value in Vienna, but the bedding needs upgrading

Overall we are very satisfied with this hotel. The staff is always friendly and welcoming, the rooms are good - a bit dated here and there - the breakfast is great. Beds were comfortable enough. The location is also okay, not in the city centre but very close to public transport (bus and tram).
