My room was very comfortable - breakfast was solid the one day I went. They are sister hotels (topazz and LAMÉE) so I think the breakfast was in topazz and the bar was in lamee - I didn’t see the regular bar - the rooftop bar was very nice - definitely needed a reservation - a couple people in our group had to leave early bc the cigarette smoking was so intense around us but I guess that’s more the destination than the venue.

Staff were lovely and helpful. Room was nice, enjoyed the two circular windows (could have probably done with a bit of clean from the outside). Overall very nice, great position for Stenphensplatz and other attractions.

Great hotel! It’s near and walking distance to everything from shopping, restaurants, historical sights, museums, etc. The staff are friendly and accommodating. The room is great (Topaz Location) and unique with oval windows. It is in the city, so only recommendation is have shear windows curtains, so that customers can let in sunlight without concern or worry of someone in the next building seeing through the windows. They mentioned it’s tinted, however a staff did noted you can still somewhat see through. Other than that, the hotel is superb. Highly recommended to anyone visiting Vienna, Austria…. By the way, there are NO kangaroos here. Apparently, some tourists actually think the 2 countries are the same… LOL. Those marsupial are indigenous to Australia…. Thank you.

Excellent location. Walkable to many attractions and train stations. 2-3 minute to St Stephen's Cathedral. Very clean and quiet room. We didn't get the breakfast package. After breakfast time we can get tea and coffee, and some pastries in the afternoon. The staff helped us mail some postcards. All staff are very helpful and polite. We enjoyed staying here and will stay again next time we are in Vienna.

very cozy, very good location .

This hotel has 2 building. We were stayed at the other building.so you may have a different room . Not as the photo you booking. But we were happy . Staffs very friendly. we had a bottle of wine for welcome .The room size were big. Clean and cosy. The shower water very powerful and shower area very good size.Toilet room was separately with shower room . So no smell to other. 😆Location were very very good. Walking few mins has many restaurants, supermarket and every highstreet shops. We were call Uber for transport between airport only. The hotel had a nice rooftop bar. Not too big .but you will enjoy it. The Hotel is not new. but in good condition. The TV may need to upgrade only. Wasn't smart TV. couldn't connect my mobile or couldn't watch Netflix and YouTube. I can understand sky news channel only 😓 . WiFi were fast and stable of my room. no connection issues. high recommended if you don't care about the TV. I would stay this hotel again of the future.

The lift was broken at our stay and we had a very heavy suitcase so they moved us to their sister hotel, Leo Grand. Both hotels were wonderful and central to all the shops and attractions. The staff at both hotels were fantastic.

Fabulous hotel , in perfect location . Great beds , I had a wonderful stay. Probably would not stay in room 13 again as you are on first floor and need to draw curtains not to be overlooked by the outside world .

Lovely hotel in a great location. Super easy to get the train from the airport and then the train to the city. We stayed in a cosy lamee double room. Beautiful decor but zero privacy when taking a shower as the room is open plan so no doors separating the washing / shower area. Hotel was lovely and quiet but we were alarmed that the front door is accessible at all hours and no card is required to enter the lift meaning anyone can walk in. You do, however, need a card to access the bedroom corridors. The beds are comfortable if not a little soft for us and the thin feather pillows offer no support. The shower is fabulous apart from our last day when there was no hot water! We were offered a hot shower when we checked out (we’d already taken a cold one) or free breakfast (no time). Apart from that the hotel was very quiet and perfectly located for walking around the city and accessing public transport which is very efficient. Be aware that breakfast and reception are across the road in the Topazz sister hotel.
