We arrived early and the staff was really kind to let us check into our room beforehand. The room wasn’t hugely spacious but it was clean, well designed and had everything we needed. Will stay here again our next trip. Great location by the train station, highly recommend!

A unique hotel, the round windows in the rooms were great to sit in and watch the world go by. A comfortable stay and a pleasant walk into the centre of Vienna.

The hotel boasts about it roof bar. Not open for our entire stay. Blamed the weather, it was 72 and sunny three days. Regular bar staff could not even make the signature cocktails, and rather unfriendly. I think they were just shortstaffed. Coffee cups in the rooms have no handles, can drink the coffee.

Friendly and positive atmosphere created by welcoming and attentive staff. The room was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed, including a fridge. Check in and out was very smooth; and the breakfast was fabulous on our last morning. The location was just right for us to access the local attractions as well as a good stroll into Central Vienna. The less than 5 min walk from the nearest railway station was really handy, and just one stop from the airport. Would highly recommend Mooons!

On a busy road right by the main train station but very quiet inside the room. Easy transit options within 1 block. 30 minute walk to old town. Places to eat/coffee nearby. Laundrymat 20 minute walk. We didn’t have the hotel breakfast. Roofdeck for drinks but would be nicer if seating was hi-top around the edge for taking in the view. Self check in/out.

Mooons hotel suites our need for a quiet place to stay. Unfortunately we did not get to experience the rooftop bar due to bad weather however the bar on the main floor was cozy and the bartenders were attentive.

Gorgeous hotel, great location

Gorgeous hotel in a great location, with several tram stops just a few minutes walk away and the central station just the other side of the road. Room was lovely with an amazing rainfall shower head. Bathroom stocked with rituals soap and lotion which was an added bonus. We didn’t use much of the amenities but did collect our free drink for joining their project in the bar area downstairs which was modern, clean and the service was great. Couldn’t recommend more if you’re looking to visit Vienna :)
