Das Apartment war sehr oberflächlich gereinigt, der Kühlschrank war vereist, überall in den Ecken an den Fenstern Schimmel, der Abfluss am Waschtisch im Bad verstopft, Boden war nicht gewischt, die Wohnung roch modrig, liegt im EG des Hinterhauses, kein Ausblick möglich, Kommunikation wegen nicht funktionierendem TV Gerät kam nicht zustande. An sich ist die Wohnung ok, wenn man in Gästebetreuung Liebe legen würde. Dieser Vermieter ist nicht an Gastfreundschaft, sondern dem Geld des Kunden interessiert.
