Good location (within walking distance to several must-see sites). Overall clean and comfy rooms. But for the price paid, we were disappointed to see signs of deterioration in our room and room cleaning on one of the days we stayed was below standards (crumbs left on the bedside table, area around the sink not cleaned and cups/mugs not changed).

The hotel was very clean, nice and modern and in a quieter area in Vienna. Very walkable to all the main tourists attractions. There’s a great little coffee shop right on the corner which has great breakfast options, very clean and the gentleman in the coffee shop is super nice and friendly.

My husband and I stayed at this hotel for 6 nights while visiting Vienna's Christmas Market. We had a nice room with a comfortable queen bed and a nice shower. At first I was not sure how close to all the actions this hotel would be but it worked out very well. Within 15 minutes walking of the Innere Stadt. We did not use the breakfast option. Front desk was VERY helpful with following up on our missing luggage, bus ticket, etc. I recommend this hotel.

Very helpful staff.

Stayed at this hotel a few times previously, always very satisfied. The plastic odour of the carpet installed during renovations gave me a headache due to my sensitivities. We had to check out soon after checking in. The male staff at the desk was not particularly helpful addressing our request to change to another Accor hotel nearby, saying basically “there’s nothing we can do”. The much more helpful female staff next to him arranged it so we received a partial refund and transferred to another hotel. We were informed of our refund within a couple of days. We are thankful to the very helpful and competent lady who helped us. Perhaps she can teach the others how great service is done.

We arrived early at the hotel (around 12). The room was ready at that time, though we had to sign up to their members scheme to get free early access, which was annoying. The hotel was just a 12 minute walk across the river to reach the main part of the city. There were a couple of bars and restaurants around. The room was tidy and spacious. It was well decorated. There were building works being carried out on the exterior facade from 9am to 6pm, although this didn’t bother us as we were out exploring early and didn’t notice even when we came back in the afternoon. There was only one lift which served 7 floors. As we were staying on the 7th floor we could sometimes be waiting a while for the lift but this is not a big deal. Overall we would consider staying again if we returned to Vienna
