Pros: homely
Cons: nothing in room to make tea or coffee
Location: right near trains and trams a small shopping centre

Das Hotel ist sehr gut beim Hauptbshnhof gelegen. Die Fenster sind schalldicht, dass man ausgezeichnet schlafen kann. Das Frühstück ist reichhaltig und lecker. Die Zimmer sind grosszügig und gut einerichtet.

Bei der Buchung wurde verschwiegen, dass das Hotel baulich saniert wird. Tagsüber war es deshalb sehr lärmig. Wir (Ehepaar 80 und 79 jährig) wohnten 10 Tage in diesem Hotel. Das Zimmer wurde dabei 4 x nicht gereinigt und aufgeräumt! Die Dusche war nicht rutschfest sondern äusserst glitschig und somit gefährlich! Das Mobiliar ist sehr alt und sollte dringend ersetzt werden. Die Betten hingegen waren sehr gut. Im Zimmer befand sich nur ein einziger Stuhl. Während der Nacht war es zum Hinterhof äusserst ruhig, sodass die Fenster geöffnet werden konnten und die Klimaanlage nicht benützt werden musste. Das Frühstücksangebot ist sehr bescheiden und die Möblierung in diesem Raum nicht sonderlich geeignet. An der Reception war ein Herr stets sehr gut gelaunt, der andere jedoch immer mürrisch und nicht sonderlich hilfsbereit. Bei unserem nächsten Wienbesuch werden wir ein anderes Hotel wählen. Zu erwähnen ist aber noch, dass die Verkehrsanbindung zur U-Bahn, Zug und Tram sehr gut ist.
