Approximately 40m² roof garden for single use with garden furniture. Here you can relax after a busy day of sightseeing or have a glass of wine and review the day. Tanning salon in the house. Unterkunft im 17. Bezirk

Wer eine kleine aber schnuckelige Unterkunft als Ausgangspunkt für Touren in Wien sucht ist hiermit bestens beraten. Die U43 Station ist 50m von der Haustür entfernt. Die "Bim" kommt alle paar Minuten und in 17 Minuten ist man im 1. Bezirk.

Freundlich und angenehm

Eine schöne und wirklich komplett ausgestattete Wohnung in relativ zentraler Lage und mit sehr guter Anbindung an den ÖPNV, dabei sehr angenehm ruhig! Die Aufnahme durch den Gastgeber war sehr freundlich, gefreut haben wir uns auch über die kleinen Aufmerksamkeiten (Waffeln, Marmelade), die dort für uns bereit lagen. Für mich persönlich das 'highlight' ist die fast gartengroße (ca. 25 m²) Terasse gewesen, auf der man auch an den teilweise sehr heißen Tagen angenehm sitzen und entspannen konnte. Das nächste Mal gerne wieder, vielen Dank den Gastgebern!
