Zimmer war sehr dreckig, Badezimmer und Toiletten ebenso. Nach Beschwerde durfte ich in ein anderes Zimmer. Es macht den Anschein als wird sich kaum bis garnicht um die Apartments gekümmert

Horrible experience with the booking

371 / 5,000 In der Wohnung, die ich gebucht hatte, war bereits ein Paar. Es war spät am Abend, was die Sache noch schlimmer machte. Telefonisch konnte das Problem nicht gelöst werden. Die Person am Ende des WhatsApp-Chats wollte von mir die Buchungsnummer der Person, die in meinem gebuchten Zimmer übernachtete, herausfinden – was echt krass ist. Ich konnte nur herausfinden, über welche Website sie gebucht hatten. Die Lösung war, dass die Person, die den Fehler gemacht hatte, ein anderes Zimmer auf einer anderen Etage hatte. Er probierte die Codes in verschiedenen Zimmern aus, und in einem funktionierte es, sodass ich schlafen konnte. Trotzdem ist es seltsam, dass der mir gegebene Code von jemand anderem benutzt wurde, um in das Zimmer zu gelangen und es zu belegen. Eine weitere vierköpfige Gruppe kam etwa zur gleichen Zeit an und konnte ebenfalls nicht in ihre gebuchte Unterkunft gelangen. Es gab keine Seife in der Dusche. Keine einfachen Küchenutensilien. Der Zugang zum Zimmer war schmutzig und voller Müll. So etwas habe ich noch nie erlebt.
