Okay for couple of days

On family holiday, found strange as there was no phone to contact reception. Water was leaking under bathroom sink. We found that Breakfast was too expensive. Location is good and easy commute to the city.

Two adults and one teen boy, spent 3 nights at Leonardo . We chose this location as we were coming from Budapest and going to Prague. We selected the triple room, but the pull out sofa was very uncomfortable for my son. We asked for an extra blanket for cushion, but it never came.. king bed was large and comfortable. Location is great , we mostly walked everywhere!! Hotel is very clean , staff is nice and friendly. Room small but good enough for our needs as we were out all day. The only thing I found inconvenient is that there are NO hooks or shelves to hang anything, even to dry towels after shower. And .. NO door to the shower area which is all glass. So we had to do .. no peeking rule and not using the sink area while someone in the shower .. clean sheets , comfy pillows. Breakfast was a huge plus! Plenty of options, good fresh food and good coffee! Fruits , vegetables, eggs , cold cuts all were very tasty and the staff replenished very quickly. Busy hotel but served well our purposes, we enjoyed our visit!!

The property is nice and the staff are cooperative. Rooms are clean and well-maintained. However, there are no phones in the rooms, so contacting reception or the help desk requires going in person. While the property has a no-smoking policy, the guests in the room next to ours were smoking indoors, which left the corridor smelling unpleasant. We informed reception, and they responded by spraying the corridor to help with the odour. Breakfast is very basic, with no hot food options and limited choices for vegetarians.

Nice hotel but management's attitude disappointed

The positives: excellent breakfast, location, ambience. The negatives: no response to three consecutive identical emails requesting early check in. All were ignored. The housecleaning was sub standard and rushed by employees who didn't care. We had a four night stay and on the third day after being out until 4pm, returned to find the room had not been serviced. Had to request this to be done. The day after, the room had not been done at all. Went to reception and was told that it would be done in 15 mins. 30 mins later, still not done and so we gave up. Requested towels and made up the room ourselves. Not accept for a four start hotel.
