The staff were very friendly and helpful. Hotel is very close to train/metro/bus station. The room is clean and very comfortable. Only downside is air conditioning is turned off in October. Our room faced the railway station so it was a bit noisy once the window was opened.

I booked a 2 twin-bed room for myself and another lady friend. But at arrival, the staff told us that they by mistake booked all twin bed rooms out, and did not keep one for us. I asked for a free upgrade to a second room, but being refused. As a result, we two ladies had to share a king bed for the night. Fortunately they moved us to a twin bedroom the next day.

A lovely hotel close to the train station. Be aware though that there are 2 main stations in Vienna. If you take the fast train from the airport you will need to get a further tram or subway to arrive here. Easy check in. Lovely clean room. Breakfast had a good choice and plentiful. You can leave your luggage securely locked away if you need to check out. They provide bottles for your room that you can fill up from their water station and keep in your room fridge. My only small negative was there is no shower door/screen. Ok if you are staying with your partner but not so great if you are with friends. I would definately stay again.
