I was so pleased with my one night stay. We had two rooms for a nearby concert and were looking for a close place. Only an 8 minute ride to the Filene center. The bed was comfortable and sheets and cover soft. It had a basic setup but the larger fridge was great. Minimal kitchen but we did not use it. Friendly staff. Small but adequate continental breakfast with included eggs and sausage. I would definitely stay again.

There was a constructive project that started at 6am. Its a 4 year project and they didnt tell us. The AC was noisy. No kid friendly TV network. Roo.s outside instead of inside. So its a motel and its not listed as such. And the vending machine, the only one, didnt work.

Deceptive Listing- AVOID!

This is listed as a hotel built in 2015; it is not- Suburban Suites are just a few rooms in the Quality Inn with a higher price and different decor. This is deceptive; they should pay you to stay in this room. My non-smoking room had a heavy smell of pot and cigarettes, a clogged toilet that did not work (they sent a maintenance guy twice, who tinkered with the chain and fish valve to no effect), and large patches of black and pink mold. Service at the hotel was nonexistent, and most of the basic claimed amenities (eg the ice machine) were broken.

The condition of the overall property and elevator was disgusting for Tysons corner. Crumbing parking lot, dirty walkways and filthy elevator that needs maintenance.

Nice location with relatively cheap accomodation for the region. Bathroom was difficult to operate. The TV was disconnected and didn't work at first try.

Very filthy hotel. Lady at the reception was very unpleasant. When checking in, she took my ID and showed to his boss who’s sitting right behind the reception ( because I carry Indian name), and they stared giggling. That took over 10 minutes to check in even though I had paid through Expedia . Then she said your room is facing Parking Lot( in sketchy laugh) It’s 85f outside and AC was turned off when we entered the room. I can tell you , AC doest work properly, it really never cooled down the room. My wife found cockroaches dead and alive by the sink. The room is very greasy, your feet stick almost. Never again. Don’t go there if you are with family or friends, plz
