This hotel presented a mixed bag of experiences. On the positive side, the breakfast was a standard, decent Quality Inn offering, and the completely renovated room on the third floor was comfortable and well-maintained. The morning staff was also pleasant and helpful. However, the initial room assigned was a stark contrast, with a poorly renovated bathroom showing stains and possible rust, and a dented, noisy refrigerator. More concerning was the behavior of the night shift staff. Despite explicitly requesting a quiet room upon arrival, I was given a first-floor room facing a construction site. When I sought a room change, a staff member, Miguel, became aggressively argumentative and dismissed me with a rude gesture.
Furthermore, while the morning manager acknowledged a note regarding my room issue, he failed to follow up or communicate in any way. This lack of proactive customer service, coupled with the disruptive construction noise and unprofessional night staff, significantly detracted from the stay. I strongly recommend exploring alternative accommodations.
