BEWARE

They list this place at a different address than where apartment is at so it appears to be on the bain side of the canal. I was not considering places on the wrong side of the canal because I have a child in a wheelchair and need to be closest to the main landmarks - VERY dishonest! And should be cheaper considering location. There add 20Euro late check in fee and 50 Euro cleaning fee - location further from center + additional fees make this property overpriced comparing to the neighboring places. There is NO view of water as they write. When we arrived and apartment was filled with smoke, pillows are like bags filled with cotton balls and the toilet area was disgusting - dust on all appliances, toiled is covered with brown and yellow spots and dry feces on the toilet paper holder - I felt like throwing up. That little toilet room stinks nonstop. This place spoiled spoiled our visit of Vienna.

Outstanding apartment close to main centre

Wonderfull apartment,excellent position overlooking the Danube.Ten minutes walk from centre of city.Apartment clean and all needs covered.Tube station 500 metres walk and the bus for the Airport stops right outside.Check in was simple with good communication.Plenty of good restaurants around and some excellent cafes close by for early morning cakes.

Unaccepable reception service

The communication stated that reception is present from 15:00 to 18:00 but no one was present when we arrived. We had to ask a local resident to phone the contact number. After a long wait a cleaner arrived. My wife had to walk about 30 minutes to a apartment which we had not booked. She thus refused as the condition of it was not acceptable. She had to walk back again to where I were and then we had to be taken by taxi to the apartment we booked. It had however not been cleaned and we has to wait about an hour for it to be cleaned. The apartment was fine and the location excellent but the apartment booked must be available and the distance between the office to report to and the booked apartment is totally unacceptable. The cleaner was excellent and helpful bur it is unfair to place her in such a predicament.

A good home away from home.

Tässä huoneistossa sai asua viikon ihan omassa rauhassa. Jääkaappi ja pakastin, joten voi laittaa omat aamiaisensa ja ruokansa jos niin haluaa, ruokakauppakin lähellä. Lentokentältä helppo tulla junalla. Metro ja raitsikka lähellä.
