Home Sweet Home - Yksikerroksinen talo Vila Real de Santo António keskustassa

Tämä tila on suunniteltu huomioimalla pienimmätkin yksityiskohdat niin, että tunnet olosi kotoisaksi jopa poissa kotoa.

Se on vanha, täysin kunnostettu ja viihtyisä yksikerroksinen talo, joka tarjoaa sinulle maksimaalisen mukavuuden. Se on täysin varustettu eikä turvallisuutesi vuoksi ole kaasua, kaikki toimii sähkön ja aurinkoenergian kanssa.

Talo oli suunniteltu ihanteellisesti 2 hengelle tai pariskunnalle, jolla on lapsia, nukkuu jopa 4 henkilöä.


Nukkumaan on parivuode ja yhden hengen parivuode.

Varastointiin kuuluu 2 seinälle asennettua vaatekaappia, yksi makuuhuoneessa ja toinen hallissa.

Keittiön vieressä on sisäpiha sekä 50mt2 kattoterassi ulkokalusteilla, 2 aurinkovarjoa ja hiiligrilli.

Vila Real de Santo António on viehättävä kaupunki, jolle on ominaista Pombaline-arkkitehtuuri, joka sijaitsee Guadianajoen rannalla ja varustettu pyöräteillä. Free parking just a few short blocks away. We always found a spot to leavethe car- its not needed in town as there is a pedestrian only shopping / dining area two blocks away, and riverfront only a few blocks. Very walkable and delighful town. The house is wonderful for a couple. We enjoyed the rooftop patio every evening. We grilled fish on the bbq, which we bought at the Municipal Mercado 10 minute walk away. The market is amazing!We used the bikes provided to get to the beach, about 15 min by bike. Its a pretty easy ride but there is some traffic to contrnd with at first. However the path through the nature area to thebeach is idyllic.The beach near VRSA is outstanding, you must visit. We were rhere in early October. It was warm but not too hot and quite uncrowded. It is huge and clean and very nice for swimming and clamming.The host Joao is great, everything went smoothly.

Delightful stay in the cozy cottage!

We spent 5 nights at João and Cristina’s cozy Algarve cottage, and it was a delightful stay!The check-in process was smooth – both João and Cristina were there to greet us and to show us around and answer any questions we had. The house is small – but perfect for a couple or for a couple with a child. The house is all on one level and tastefully decorated. The double bed was comfortable, and the bathroom is modern with a nice walk-in shower. The living room has a comfortable sofa, and the dining table can seat 2-4 people. The kitchen has everything needed to cook meals at home. Also, the entire place was exceptionally clean! The home is air conditioned and there are two good-sized closets.There are stairs up to the roof-top patio which was also nicely furnished. We enjoyed soaking up some sun on the lounge chairs during the day, and during the evening, we enjoyed a glass of wine on the patio sofa. The house is located in a very safe neighborhood and it’s an easy walk to the town plaza where there are shops and restaurants. João and Cristina also provided bicycles in case we wanted to use them during our stay. There is metered car parking on the street, but João showed us where the free parking was just about 2 blocks away. João and Cristina kept in touch with us to make sure we were enjoying our stay. They’re a lovely couple who obviously take pride in their property and in the comfort of their guests. We highly recommend this cozy cottage and hope to return next year!

We had a very comfortable stay! The property was very clean and well appointed. We only stayed for 3 days but would have liked to stay for longer. Excellent comms with the owners who welcomed us when we arrived and gave us a walk thru. We would definitely stay here again!

Fun in South Portugal.

Great downtown location close to the square. Close to bars and restaurants. Easy access to the train and ferry to Spain. The rooftop area with the barbecue were awesome. Would stay there again. The only problem we had were driving in and finding the property. A small inconvenience for sure. Host were great a gave us great recommendations.

Excellent location

The home is very nice and updated. It has all the modern conveniences you can think of. It is great for a couple and a child. Cristina was present upon our arrival to welcome us and show us the property. We also really enjoyed the patio upstairs. The house location is great which makes it easy to get to the city center and the beach. They also allow you to use their bikes which is an extra bonus!

Clean, Comfortable and Convenient

We stayed in Cristina and João’s home for three days and we really could have stayed longer! It is so convenient to walk along the river or to shop for groceries ... and the bikes were wonderful for riding to the beach!! The home was immaculate and well equipped... we even received a welcome bottle of wine and treats! The ground level space is compact but it is well planned and the rooftop patio is a real bonus!

A casa é pequena, mas está muito bem aproveitada, sendo ideal para um casal com um ou mesmo dois filhos pequenos. Oferece um ambiente muito confortável, e está decorada com todo o cuidado e muito bom gosto. Tem um grande e agradável terraço que permite aproveitar ao máximo o sol e o excelente clima algarvio. A wonderful surprise

I don’t think we’ve ever stayed in a place so obviously loved by its owners and with so much thought put into making us comfortable and happy. Nothing was too much trouble for them. On a practical note we had everything we needed: well-equipped kitchen, excellent lighting, plenty of sockets, fast wifi, plenty of storage space, comfortable bed...... the list goes on!

Super Ferienhaus: Alles war super sauber und in sehr guten Zustand. Küche ist auch mit allem gut ausgestattet. Reichlich Stauraum in 2 großen Kleiderschränken, Betten/ Matrazen waren gut! Badezimmer auch schön: ordentlicher Wasserdruck. Gute (neue) Klimaanlagen in 2 Schlfzimmern + Wohnzimmer. Sehr schöne Dachterasse!

Loved our stay!!! Susana's house mirrors the pictures shown in "home away" and above all Susana's personality. She is extremely attentive to all that assures a pleasant and fulfilling holiday. Our home was very clean, well equipped with much attention to small and helpful details, very comfortable bed, quiet surroundings...The roof terrace is fantastic, the bicycles a tremendous added value which especially made our trips through the pine wood forest to the beautiful Vila Real beach easy to reach. Various grocery stores, bakery shop, daily Vila Real market with fresh produce all within walking distance. The charming Vila Real center, with its' many shops and restaurants 2 minutes away. Thanks so much Susana...we will be back:)

Un très charmant sweet home en plein centre de vila real de san antonio

Nous avons passé un super moment chez iris et Suzanne qui nous ont accueilli avec une infinie gentillesse et plein de petites attentions à notre arrivée avec du vin des petits gâteaux des rillettes de poisson pour l'aperitif. L'appartement est très bien équipé il y a tout le nécessaire pour passer d'excellentes vacances. Tout est prévu lessive pour le linge et la vaisselle par exemple. L'appartement en lui même est genial avec une grande terrasse très bien ensoleillée toute la journes. Nous recommandons vivement cette location . Si nous revenons dans la région c'est chez iris et Suzanna c'est sur.
