Excellent 2 bedroom apartment in Monte Gordo 150 meters from the beach and in the center of all local commerce. This apartment has 2 bedrooms, 2 sofa beds in the lounge. It has cable TV and unlimited internet, air conditioning in the living room and 2 bedrooms. Extremely modern and dynamic has all the equipment to spend the holidays you have always dreamed of.
It has washing machine and dishwasher, has stove, oven, microwave, delta coffee maker, ironing board and iron, electric grill among many other small appliances.
The house is equipped with solar panels, and is exposed to the sun all day front and rear, and its lighting is all natural. The apartment has four balconies, two in the living room and one in each bedroom.
You also have all the safety equipment for you and your family, with hood, fire blanket and first aid box.

The apartment does not include towels.
Payment of a security deposit (€ 100) in cash is required on the day of check-in, properly returned due to no material damage.

Long term renters are welcome.

Perfektes Apartment

Die Wohnung ist super, sehr schön eingerichtet und perfekt ausgestattet, es hat an nichts gefehlt für einen gelungenen Urlaub . Auch der Service durch Herrn Mira war perfekt. Der Strand ist zu Fuss schnell erreichbar und in der Nachbarschaft sind genügend Läden um sich mit allem zu versorgen. Nicht so schön ist nur, dass in Monte Gordo die ganze Nacht die Hunde bellen und auch überall Hundekot herumliegt, da könnte die Stadt für mehr Sauberkeit sorgen. Das Appartement können wir auf jedenfall uneingeschränkt empfehlen.
