This is a property to avoid booking. There is loads of potential but they are unable to execute or provide a comfortable stay. We experienced multiple issues at this property, including air conditioning not working; staff did not clean out room despite multiple requests; we had to beg for fresh towels at reception; the middle-aged woman receptionist and manager dismissive and deceitful. The younger staff seemed confused and inept. The only helpful person we encountered was the night repair man. Also, the restaurant food is mediocre and the wait time for meals is long. I highly recommendation that you stay elsewhere. Even if the rooms appear a bit more dated - try Mariners, Beachcombers or Young Island Resort. For a nice meal, go to Ada, you won’t be disappointed!

There is no elevator in this hotel and that is not advertised at all, but should be. After being told at check in that we would be moved the following morning to a first floor since a member of our family could hardly walk up and down the steps, that did not happen. There was a lot of steps to walk down to get to the ocean, however, once there, the view was amazing. Ended up leaving the vacation early because it was too painful to continue to walk the steps to get to the room. There was a wedding event one evening so the entire pool area was closed for all of the other hotel guests. The staff was friendly and the views were beautiful.

Great hotel, I was forced to book the only 2 rooms left, the presidential suites. After arriving, there was only 3 or 4 rooms occupied of the 20 or so. Very deceiving. Veiws are the best, the hotel is up to date, kind staff. Food is basicly burgers and wings. There is a nice dining area, but only chicken and beef were avaliable. We couldn't find any fish at any restaurant in our area of the island! I would stay here again, but would eat elsewhere.

The hotel has a lot going for it, especially the setting. The pool area offers a great view and is a relaxing place to spend time, though the pool itself could have been cleaner. One of the bigger disappointments was that several advertised amenities weren’t available during our stay—the beach club was closed, along with some of the restaurants and the pool bar. That took away from the overall experience and value. That said, the staff was consistently friendly and welcoming, which made a positive difference throughout the trip. The drinks were well made and enjoyable, but the food service was noticeably slow—even when the restaurant wasn’t busy—which became frustrating at times. Overall, we still had a good experience and enjoyed our stay, but it didn’t quite live up to expectations given what was advertised. With a few improvements and more consistency in what’s open and available, this could easily be a much stronger experience.
