Casa Allegra: colorful flat with superb view

Casa Allegra is placed on sunny hills that dominate the Gulf of Salò from above, offering a panorama that extends to the eastern coast of the lake.
Located in a quiet residence, inside we find two bedrooms, a living area with kitchen and a bathroom.
But it is especially the outside that will make guests fall in love, dining or taking a drink at sunset sitting on the veranda or reading a book in the private garden, always accompanied by a splendid view.

THE BEDROOMS:
The first bedroom has one double bed and overlooks the garden.
The second bedroom has two single beds. In this room the air exchange is guaranteed by an advanced and totally silent ventilation system that purifies the air every hour.

In the living area, for larger groups/families (up to 6 people), a sofa-bed is available.

RESIDENCE
The residence is composed of eight buildings of four apartments each. Casa Allegra is located in the last building, this guarantees greater privacy.

POOL:
The pool is open from June 1st to September 30th.
It is shared with the other owners/guests of the Residence.
It can be used daily from 8:00 am to 1:30 pm and from 3:30 pm to 8:00 pm.
A swimming cap is required.
Sun loungers are not permitted in the pool area.

PARKING:
A private uncovered parking space on the street is available free of charge.
A garage is available upon request at a cost of €10/day

Cinema Space:
A mini cinema room with a projector has been created in what was once a cellar (you must have your own Netflix account, etc.).Since the wall is made of natural rock (very evocative), it may be slightly damp in case of rain.
