The property, completely renovated and newly furnished, consists of a living room with kitchenette, two bedrooms and a bathroom with shower. Unlimited wi-fi service is available. The rooms accommodate 5 beds in total (2 + 3). Air conditioning is present exclusively in the living area and is positioned in such a way that all rooms can use it (there is also a large floor fan). The house, equipped with mosquito nets, is absolutely fresh because it is located near the sea and suitable for children, both as regards the additional equipment (cot, high chair, stroller, beach games), and as it is structured, on a single floor at garden level. Ideal for children who can play under the watchful eye of their parents. Equipped with every comfort and cleanliness absolutely impeccable, personally supervised by the owner and not left to chance. The private garden of 300 square meters surrounds the villa on three sides and houses a particular outdoor shower, with hot water, very convenient for returning from the beach. There is also a barbecue and 2 large verandas, which are the continuation of the house, equipped with a large table, which seats up to 12 guests and a sitting area where you can relax while enjoying the fresh air. The house is located in a strategic position: 400 meters from the wonderful Simius beach, reachable on foot in about 10 minutes and 800 meters from the town center, which can also be reached on foot in a few minutes. At about 600 meters there is a playground for children. Restaurants, pizzerias and supermarkets are located 2 steps from the house, which however enjoys absolute tranquility, away from any kind of confusion or noise. Villasimius has 12 wonderful beaches to visit, spread over a relatively large area, which is why we recommend using the car.

Beautiful property and location, Amazing holiday!

It is a pleasure to give a glowing review to Simona and Fabio. We spent a wonderful 10 nights at their villa.The villa has everything you need. We have two teenagers, and the bunk beds were perfect for them. Everything was spotless on arrival. Modern appliances and beautifully furnished. Air Conditioning was running as it was very hot outside. Freshly made beds and plenty of bed sheets and towels if needed. Full fridge and freezer if need to store groceries. Full oven/ stove and dishwasher if needed. Two lovely ladies greeted us and with the help of Google Translate we were able to go through all the questions I had.Lovely garden to relax in and a covered porch with A/C to have meals in. Also, very handy washer and airer.Be prepared to walk as beach and town is a good 10 minute walk each way. We got our steps in which made up for the amazing restaurants in the town. Would have gone home a few kg heavier otherwise.The beach was breathtaking. Clear Turquoise Sea and white sand. Simona has plenty of umbrellas, beach blanket and two beach chairs to take to the beach. An inflatable Lilo and bat and ball. Everything we needed.The town is lovely. Lots of shops and comes alive in the evening. Street stalls selling beautiful jewellery and other items. A few bars and plenty of restaurants to choose from. Also, on your way into town, some street food vendors which were great.Supermarket had everything we needed. Meats, fresh fruit and veg and other essentials.

A week in Villasimius

On arrival we were surprised to hear that the villa we had spent a lot of time choosing was not available due to an unexpected issue with the property. However, Fabio had organised alternative accommodation at a villa very close by which was comfortable, clean and spacious with a bottle of wine and Sardinian cakes to greet us. The BBQ area was not as good as the original villa and there was no outside shower which we were looking forward to. The villa was also on a main road from the beach which was a little noisy at times but not a major problem. Fabio and Simona offered us a free week in the original villa later in the year as compensation for the unexpected issues which was very fair. Fabio was a great host and answered any questions we had promptly. The beach was a short walk away and was idyllic, there are great shops and restaurants in the town which again was only a short walk away. In summary, a great location for a relaxing seaside holiday.

Great for families with kids

We hat a great time at the Fabio's nice house. The garden was ideal for our two boys. Also there is now big dangerous road close by. The house is within walking destance of the beach and the town. It's a lovely place to stay for a relaxing beach family holiday!

Bom em geral com alguns aspetos a melhorar

Casa limpa e bem equipada. Os anfitriões foram simpáticos e prestáveis. No entanto, há alguns aspectos a melhorar, tais como a substituição do colchão da cama de casal e o arranjo das portas. Para quem tem bebés, não achámos cómodo porque o WC está junto ao quarto e acorda o bebé.

Sehr gut ausgestattetes modernes Ferienhaus. Casa vacanze moderna e molto ben attrezzata

Das Ferienhaus hat eine super Lage. Es ist geräumig, modern und gut ausgestattet. Küchenutensilien sind umfassend vorhanden. Wir können das Haus wirklich empfehlen.Leider noch etwas grundsätzlich zu der Logik: „Eine Doppelmatratze für zwei aber nur eine gemeinsame Zudecke“. Eine Bettdecke gemeinsam ist eine große Zumutung und massive Verschlechterung des Schlafkomforts für die Gäste. Die Bewegungsfreiheit ist eingeschränkt und besonders wenn es warm ist, ist dies unerträglich. Es ist eine alte und völlig überholte Tradition, die auf Kosten des Schlafkomforts der Gäste im Jahr 2025 immer noch praktiziert wird. Eine Zudecke sieht vielleicht hübscher aus als zwei einzelne. Zwei Bettdecken sind auch keine Mehrkosten, das kann nicht der Grund sein, es ist eine gewisse Ignoranz der Gastgeber. Man sollte das endlich ändern. Es wäre auch ein Konkurrenzvorteil, wenn man es in die Anzeige rein schreibt.La casa vacanze si trova in un'ottima posizione. È spazioso, moderno e ben attrezzato. Gli utensili da cucina sono ampiamente disponibili. Consigliamo vivamente la casa.Sfortunatamente, qualcosa di fondamentale nella logica:“Un materasso matrimoniale per due, ma solo una coperta.”Condividere il piumone è un'enorme imposizione e peggiora notevolmente il comfort del sonno degli ospiti. La libertà di movimento è limitata e questo è insopportabile, soprattutto quando fa caldo. Si tratta di una tradizione antica e completamente superata, che nel 2025 viene ancora praticata a discapit

Perfekter Familienurlaub! Wollen wieder kommen!

Schöne, große Ferienvilla, sehr schön gelegen in einem ruhigen Viertel direkt zwischen dem Strand (man hört das Meer) und der Stadt - am Strand ist man fußläufig in 5 Minuten, mit Auto in 1 Min., zahlreiche Bars und Restaurants in der Umgebung. 2 Terassen laden ein zum Essen und ausruhen, unsere Kinder liebten den großen, gepflegten und umzäunten Garten, wo sie sicher toben und spielen konnten. Das Haus war groß, sehr sauber & gepflegt und exzellent ausgestattet: vom Medienangebot inkl. Streamingdiensten, schnellem WiFi, Küche mit Spülmaschine und Vollausstattung (hatte als Hobbykoch alles was ich brauchte, meist doppelt), außerdem eine Außenküche mit Grill, Außendusche mit Warmwasser, Waschmaschine, etc. - das Haus hat alles, was man braucht und die wichtigsten Dinge wie Spülmittel, Toilettenpapier, Salz, Pfeffer, Öl und Kaffee (und noch viel mehr) waren vorhanden. Die Gastgeber hatten sogar frische Backwaren und Milch für die Kinder (!) eingekauft. Besonders toll fanden wir die Gastgeber! Liebe Simone und Fabio, vielen Dank für eure herzliche Betreuung, eure Aufmerksamkeit und dass Ihr für jede Frage eine gute Empfehlung hattet! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, hatten einen tollen Urlaub bei euch und wollen nächstes Jahr wieder im Herbst kommen.

Herbsturlaub Villasimius

Fabio und Simona waren sehr gute Gastgeber und die Kommunikation trotz kleinen Sprachbarieren einfach und unkompliziert. Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt und die Einrichtung in gutem Zustand. Der Strand welcher in 10min zu Fuss erreichbar ist, ist wunderschön und viele weitere schöne Strände sind in kurzer Zeit mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Im Haus befinden sich Kühltasche, Sonnenschirm und Spielzeug für wunderbare Strandtage. Wir hatten auch noch im Okober einige warme Tage und konnten das Meer geniessen. Wir können das Haus sehr weiter empfehlen :)

Toller Urlaub in einer tollen Unterkunft

Wir waren Anfang Mai 2024 zu Gast bei Simona und Fabio und möchten ihr Ferienhaus von ganzem Herzen empfehlen. Unser Flug war verspätet, wir mussten lange auf das Gepäck warten und die Abholung des Mietwagens dauerte ewig, so dass wir erst 2 Stunden nach dem vereinbarten Termin am späten Abend in der Unterkunft ankamen. Fabio hat uns trotz der späten Anreise sehr herzlich empfangen und uns geduldig alles erklärt. Sogar Wein, Wasser und Dolci standen für uns bereit. Die Verständigung klappte mit Händen und Füßen, etwas Englisch und Google/DeepL problemlos. Fabio hat uns seine Telefonnummer gegeben, so dass wir ihn bei Rückfragen oder Notfällen schnell hätten erreichen können. Notfälle oder Rückfragen hatten wir zum Glück nicht, aber es vermittelt natürlich ein Gefühl von Sicherheit, einen Ansprechpartner zu haben. Die Unterkunft war exakt wie beschrieben. Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. WLAN ist überall vorhanden, auch auf den Terrassen. Ab und zu schauen ein paar liebe Katzen vorbei, die wir sehr ins Herz geschlossen haben. Wer nur Strandurlaub und Spaziergänge machen möchte kommt ohne Auto aus. Strand, Supermärkte und Restaurants sind in Gehweite. Für Ausflüge empfiehlt sich aber auf jeden Fall ein Auto. Wir haben uns in der Unterkunft sehr wohl gefühlt. Für uns war es das erste Mal auf Sardinien. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder und würden sehr gerne nochmals die kaum zu übertreffende Gastfreundschaft von Simona und Fabio genießen.

Wunderschöne Unterkunft

Wir haben eine wunderbare Unterkunft vorgefunden, die keine Wünsche offen gelassen hat. Das Personal was uns die Unterkunft erklärt hat war super freundlich. Das Haus liegt zwischen Strand und dem Ort und es ist sehr ruhig und angenehm dort. Die Vermieterin ist einfach nur sensationell und hat sich immer per WhatsApp nach unserem Wohlbefinden erkundigt und war einfach nur toll. Es waren drei wundervolle Wochen und wir werden nicht das letzte mal dort gewesen sein.

Traumhafter Urlaub im Paradies
