All the staff from the front desk to the housekeeping to the servers in the restaurant we're all very friendly and accommodating but New York State here several times over the last few years and the restaurant is always disorganized. It is good but the servers are just not weather train in how the food is prepared. I ordered same plate two different times and it was completely different

I had a good stay overall. However, I was staying in a junior suite and was less than satisfied with the cleanliness. The bathtub had mold in several parts of it. In addition, one morning while showering, my water turned brown. It was really disgusting, and I didn't receive much of an apology nor an explanation about what it was. They didn't send someone when I called, so I had to shower in a friend's room since I had to leave by a certain time. It would be nice to have the pool open until later than 9:00. The pool is really nice though and the view is lovely from that floor. The breakfast was good and convenient.

i made a reservation for my entire family beacuse july 6th was my Mom's birthday. I'm totally disspointed with this chain hotel. it advertise false information. on the web mentioned that pool is under maintenance on monday and tuesday. i made a reservation for 3 rooms from July 4th to July 7th. the Pool was closed and the water in the pool was green. by Saturday July 5th around 6:30pm i call to complaint becuse if the hotel had any issues with the pool, Hotel should have informed people who made reservations. Villavicencio is palce with hot weather and as a turist you want to be able to refresh and used the pool and jacuzzi. after complaint personal changed attitude towards my family. My family upon arrival, on saturday,and on sunday reconfirmed my mom's birthday. so hotel could do special gesture duirng breakfast, lunch or dinner. Due to complaint, on Sunday the hotel personal responded sorry we are busy. I DEFiNITELY WON'T RECOMMENT THIS HOTEL " GHL GRAND VILLAVIVENCIO HOTEL. Advertise false information and horrible customer service. I should have listened to my friend show suggested the Estelar villavicencio hotel
