Scenic flat in the Villongo Castle park near the Iseo lake
A small flat in a very quiet zone immersed in nature. Breathtaking views of lake Iseo and the vines of the Franciacorta from your window. A birdwatching paradise. Half an hour walk to the lake. The Sarnico-Bergamo cycling path is nearby. The flat is in a gated residence built on the site of a castle . Air conditioning, wifi.
Sun in the morning, the river and wood insure that is naturally cooler and air conditioning is modern and efficient.
The small flat is on a single level but still there are a few steps to access it. Entrance in the lounge-kitchen, on one side a bedroom and on the other a small bathroom. The flat is at the ground floor of a property and is accessible with its own car ramp (steep, recommended to park in the car park at the top). Not suitable for disabled people or people with walking difficulties.
A laundry room is in an external area shared by the 2 flats.
