My recent stay at the Harbor Landing Resort was an outstanding experience. The resort's location is impeccable, and the recent upgrades to the hotel facilities are highly commendable. I would like to extend a special note of gratitude to Dammar Jackson, whom I understand to be the location's manager. During my check-in, a complication arose with my reservation. Mr. Jackson demonstrated exceptional professionalism and a commitment to customer service, going above and beyond to rectify the situation, make the necessary adjustments, and ensure my refund was processed correctly. His proactive and accommodating approach turned a potential issue into a seamless and positive resolution, which significantly contributed to the overall enjoyment of my stay. Thank you for your excellent service.

The staff was friendly. The kitchen and loungue space was great once i finally utilized it. Also - location, location, location. You are close to so much here, including the ferry port, bus line, and food as well as local shopping. Bed was smaller than i assumed based on photo.

Cozy

The staff at the property were friendly and the room and shared spaces were very clean. It's a great place to stay especially if you want to get your own groceries, cook for yourself, and explore the surrounding area. It's in a great location by the ferry and bus, too.
