For a solo femlae traveler on business - safety, comfort and convenience are a must. Beach Quarters not only provided that but a staff that went out of thier way to make you feel at home. Would highly recommend it!

A Fantastic Stay with a Few Minor Notes

We had a great stay here! Our room was on the 4th floor with a beautiful ocean view, which we loved. Parking was convenient and close to our room, though the garage is quite tight—best suited for compact cars or small SUVs. The only thing that would have made our stay even better was if the outdoor bar and pool had been open. It would have been the perfect way to unwind after a day of exploring. Overall, we really enjoyed our time here and would happily return!

With all the doors slamming and the kids screaming next door, it wasn’t a very relaxing trip. On Sunday the cleaning people where in the room beside us making all kinds of noise with no consideration of the rooms around them.

Overall cleaning was adequate. The balcony was very dusty from the pollen. The bedframe is noisy. Most of the ice machines seemed to be out of service. I liked the hotel though.

Family Vacation

The location was great right on the beach waking up to the sounds of the ocean waves and the sun shining bright was beautiful.I loved the balcony in my hotel suite.The hotel itself was ok but the beds were to soft for our liking and the pictures were a lil deceiving because the room looked so much bigger than what I expected I booked the suite that slept 6.The small kitchen was ok I was able to cook my family meals but the two burners to cook on kept smoking and burning which made me a bit frustrated my microwave oven started glitching and smelled like syrup they did replace it with a portable microwave and they also accommodated us with a portable stove .Cookware was basic but I wish I had a pot to cook in instead of just a fry pan which I could only cook one thing at a time because the pan was to big and not enough space for another pot on the stovetop. Staff was very attentive to our needs.I must say be very careful of the people across from the checking that try’s to sell you free cruises and hotel stays it’s all apart of the team of the hotel but we got it straightened out and be mindful of the parking garage it is very very small and narrow it was a nightmare for parking it was useful and was free of charge and it had elevators to access your room at the hotel.Overall it was a decent stay and my family and I enjoyed the beach and the veiw was very beautiful.It was a pleasant experience and I would probably stay again.

Shower did not work, entry door was stuck and phone did not work to alert staff about these issues. Waiting to speak with manager regarding this but location was great; food and shops walking distance and amazing views from balcony. Bed and pillows very comfortable and kitchenette was great to have. Really only things were not being about to shower after going to pool and hot tub and having to shoulder through the door every time.

I truly enjoy this property. I have been in VA Beach for work for the last month or so. I have stayed on almost every floor (I go home for the weekends). Every room has been clean, the staff is great and always courteous. The gym is noteworthy, and the whole experience has been fabulous. Kudos to this property.
