I never stayed. The reservations were made for the next day. The manager, despite the location being slow- said that I could pay for another night at a higher price and take my refund up with Expedia. He said despite already receiving payment- I would have to pay for a second night if I wanted to stay. There was nothing he could do- maybe extra work but nothing he could do with an indifferent attitude- well Felt like he cared less- in customer service- how customers feel determines their next choice- my next choice will not be this location.

I would just suggest when booking that you all do not put there is free breakfast with amenities. We had no problem paying but my reservation summary did state that breakfast was free. Overall nice stay
