Nice family friendly hotel. Indoor pool was smaller than expected. It was inconvenient when we had to grab extra bath cloths from downstairs. Ocean view was beautiful but balcony could use a paint job. Overall decent stay.

April Stay

The room itself was clean but the bottles of shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion were dirty. Not just with dried liquids. The lotion bottle had lotion hanging out of it that was discolored and black in color. The staff was friendly and greeted you when they saw you. Good variety for the breakfast

My family and I had a horrible experience with the staff. When I complained, the problem only became worse. Staff are so important to a hotel experience, and I wish this hotel took this aspect of their business seriously.
