Sky dive without a parachute at iFly, challenge the family to a round of mini golf or head to the 31st Street Park where you will find the famous King Neptune Statue. Centrally located with easy access to I-264 which makes Jewel By The Sea the perfect choice! The first floor features a private bedroom, full bath and a 2 car garage. Upstairs, the second level opens to a bright living, dining, and kitchen area with all stainless steel appliances, plus a convenient laundry closet and half bath. The third floor includes two bedrooms, a full bath, and a fourth floor bonus bedroom.
