Located in beautiful Sandbridge Beach with an amazing beach and ocean view, you'll love this extra charming three-bedroom condo that has been lovingly decorated with fun beachy decor in every room. Sleep soundly in the spacious primary bedroom with views of the beach and ocean right from the bed. You'll love the big private main bath with an extra deep jetted jacuzzi-style tub, separate shower, and a water closet, along with double vanity. The family room offers plenty of seating and is open to the dining room and kitchen with beautiful ocean views. Walk right out onto the private balcony and kick back with your favorite beverage. With Smart TVs in each bedroom and family room, you can stream from your favorite apps or from your own mobile devices. Complimentary WiFi is provided. Hungry? The spacious kitchen with granite countertops is fully equipped with everything you'd want to cook up your favorite Family meals and then some! Gather around the big dining table and yes, you can see the ocean while you're eating! Two more spacious bedrooms, one with a twin over queen bunk bed and twin trundle, and another full bath will easily accommodate up to eight.

Want to get out and see a few things? You're in just the right place! Right across the street from The Dunes Condominiums is the Sandbridge Market for groceries (and homemade donuts), and Seaside Grill offering pizza, seafood, sandwiches, and more. The Dunes Condominiums offers a fitness room, a beautiful pool, along with convenient outdoor showers on the ocean side, and outdoor grilling stations. Of course, it’s all oceanfront giving you and your family easy quick access to the beach. Feel like grilling up some surf and turf? Head down to the community area and you'll find two grilling stations not far from the pool. Let the kids splash and enjoy dinner poolside! Feeling adventurous? Rent bikes/kayaks locally at Ocean Rentals and tour the Back Bay Wildlife Refuge.

Things to Know
Charcoal grilling stations and picnic tables are located on the west side of the building. The charcoal and supplies are not provided.
The community pool is open annually from mid-May to mid-September for guest use. Pool dates are weather permitting and at the Condo Association's discretion.
No smoking, no parties, no events, and no pets allowed.
Do not move furniture between rooms.
The parking garage has a height of 6 foot 4 inches.
Electric vehicles are not permitted to park in the Sandbridge Dunes garage. This includes Lithium-Ion Hybrids and Lithium-Ion bikes. Electric bikes and any Segway toys are not permitted in the units. Vehicles must be parked outside and away from the building. You will need to park outside either in the North or West lot, Marlin Drive, or in the public lot South of the community.

No pets are allowed at this vacation rental.

Guest entry instructions: This rental utilizes an E-lock, a digital lock that requires a unique code to enter. This code is reset after each guest's stay.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
