Whether you prefer to kick back with a puzzle or lose yourself in a good book, the entertainment options are endless.

Step out onto your private balcony with a cup of coffee and soak in the stunning views of the Atlantic Ocean and Back Bay's glimmering waters. Dine at local favorites like Jose Tequilas, located on-site, or whip up a home-cooked meal in the well-equipped kitchen, complete with modern appliances like a toaster oven and both a 12-cup coffee maker and a Keurig.

Entertainment options abound both inside and outside the condo, with three swimming pools and Viking gas grills on the property. Unwind in the living room, featuring a new 65-inch TV and sectional, or enjoy the convenience of TVs in each bedroom, all equipped with an expanded cable package that includes 30 premium movie channels. With plenty of seating, gather for board games or movie nights on one of the DVD players.

A convenient storage closet located in the parking garage is available for your use, stocked with beach chairs, sand toys, boogie boards, and more—no need to lug wet beach gear upstairs!

Adjacent to the Sanctuary complex is the Fishing Pier at Little Island Park, featuring a children’s playground, covered picnic tables, basketball, pickleball, and tennis courts. Down the road, explore Back Bay National Wildlife Refuge, which offers nine miles of natural beach and scenic biking and hiking trails. Within a short drive, you’ll find local Sandbridge restaurants, shops, and a grocery store (don’t miss the freshly baked donuts!). Virginia Beach’s restaurants, shops, craft breweries, and famous boardwalk are just a quick drive away, allowing you to enjoy the nightlife before retreating to the relaxing beauty of Sandbridge.

Things to Know
The community pool is open annually from the beginning of June to the end of August for guest use. Pool dates are weather permitting and at the Condo Association's discretion.
This property is managed by Vacasa Virginia LLC.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
