All of the staff were very pleasant and nice while we were there.The building seemed kind of old, especially the bathroom in my room. I also disliked the fact that there was not a microwave in the room. The only one i saw was in the lobby. Very inconvenient. The biggest disappointment was there was not a restaurant in the hotel and no place in the lobby that sold drinks or snacks. Also, No cabanas, umbrellas or chairs for the beach. So what why are you charging customers "resort fees"?

Great location, but the hotel was very old and dated. Bathtub was peeling and old looking. The view was unbelievable and if the hotel is updated it would be 5-stars.

The room was adequate. Television had some issues with some channels. There was no way to indicate that I didn’t want housekeeping services, so someone came into my room when I was gone. The view was perfect. The bed wasn’t very comfortable for me. The bathroom was quite small. The room was outdated in general. Having ice and soda machines on only select floors was inconvenient and the machines were old so only took cash, no credit. And 2 out of 3 of them either didn’t accept cash or had no water. The front desk staff was very helpful and friendly.

A lady name Ayana is the only one there that’s nice the rest doesn’t know how they smile or even say hello. The lady that checked us out needs to learn how to smile. The room is ok but the sink is so little and there is no microwave.

Every room has a beautiful ocean view. Our room was comfortable and we especially appreciated that it had a refrigerator. The location is perfect and within walking distance of many great restaurants and shops.

Needs improvements.

Outdated look and the beds are not big enough and not comfortable to sleep on. Wifi would not stay connected if at all.

It was good for the price. Every room has ocean views. The rooms are dated and the bathrooms are small. The rooms come with a small refrigerator but no microwaves. If you're not spending a lot of time in your room then I say book here for the price. If you're looking for something a little more stylish, then look elsewhere.
