Walking distance to the best bar and restaurants with many amenities added.
Building (fifth summer since new 2020) especially designed for the parents, children and grandchildren to enjoy their week vacation at the beach and create those memories. Instead of hiding away in the isolation of a beach only enjoy it all. Short drive north or south for that isolated beach, but the safe lifeguarded beach is 5 minutes from your front door. Stay here get everything. Think two units 2 bedroom and three bedrooms. Something for everyone. second floor above carport is a two bedroom with the same appliances as main kitchen floor except no oven ( electric skillet, toaster oven and hot plate added) two bedrooms with shower and shower/tub combo, sofa bed. While your adult children are on the deck or in the kitchen living room late at night you are with the grandkids, take the stairs or elevator to the second floor for your own world Third floor three bedrooms. Master with own bath, Jack and Jill two bedrooms one bathroom. Fourth floor living area with day bed and full bath, 75 inch TV . Enjoy the gas fire glass fireplace. Island seating and dining table. Two living rooms roof deck and fourth floor. Grill food for the roof deck or take it down to the dining space on the fourth floor. Two washer and dryers on second and third floor. Think cruise ship once onboard you have it all. Bring your coffee to the roof deck for the rise and your glass wine for the sunset. The building is a hurricane designed(windows and floors) commercial building. Lighted common areas halls and garage, fire sprinklers, smoke and carbon detectors throughout. Insulation and soundproofing(the whole exterior of the building is foamed and bat insulation to the max, including interior walls. ( you will need to go to the roof deck or open your window to hear the waves of the beach. Enjoy the roof deck firepit and grill cookout without the pesky summer BUGS.
Owner is a pilot bugs do not have a license to fly up to 40 feet.
If you are looking for more beds, please let me know. I can add a full unit or a split of a two bed or three unit has a crib(302). The three units have their own private roof deck, by a locked gate. Rent side by side units, families can move from one unit to the other(limit of 15 at a time on each deck, fire code). Max if 45 in my building.
