The hotel was clean and the staff was very friendly. The only problem is that there is limited parking on the hotel grounds, however there is additional parking about a block away.

Very nice but restaurant bar n grill is too loud at night for those that customers at the hotel... that definitely needs work. Oh no more for breakfast like hot food... people that are disabled sometimes don't the energy go out for breakfast. I didn't feel comfortable going inside a bar for breakfast.

This was a nightmare. We complained the first day and we were told someone would clean the carpet. The next day we complained of the other concerns and we were offered another room. No form of compensation was offered and the new room had stains and damage too but not as bad as the first. At this point we will not be back to this Hotel.

Unfortunately, it rained every day of our stay…so we were in our room more than usual. Fortunately, Calypso Bar and Grill is on the property. Nice bar, with great food and drinks. Service is excellent and staff is super friendly. Our room, although clean, was adequate. The bed really needed pillows…all that was provided were 4 very small and completely worn out flat pillows. Had to roll up towels to place under them. Toilet didn’t flush properly and kept running until you shake the handle. Our mini fridge froze everything, even though we turned it down. It was also missing the freezer door and the door wires that hold cans and bottles on it. View of the Ocean is great, although not direct…it’s a side view which was fine. The room was comfortable enough…I would definitely stay there again, just bring your own pillows, blanket and sunshine.

Wonderful stay

Hotel was wonderful. Older building but very clean, comfortable beds and great staff! All rooms are ocean view with balconies. Pool was small but definitely nice. Parking is a block away but very easy walk. You can drop your bags at the front then park. There is an attached restaurant/bar. Coffee station even had flavored creamers. Would definitely recommend.
