We are sure you will enjoy the private pool especially in the warm summer months for cooling off or swimming. But even on slightly colder days, you can use the pool heating on request, so that the atmosphere of a villa with a pool is not missing. After a swim, it's time to relax, read and lie in the sun on the sun loungers around the private pool. On the ground floor level, there is also a terrace where you will find an outdoor dining table where you can enjoy meals together or morning coffee.



From the terrace, you enter directly into the ground floor of the semi-open-plan layout, where the living room, dining room and kitchen are located. This space features a modern design with warm colour tones and plenty of natural light that complete the atmosphere of a home in this villa.
