Villa Stella Polaris is located in the village of Srebrnići, near Višnjan. This four-bedroom rustic villa with swimming pool is set on a 6,900 m² property and is ideal for a vacation away from the city noise. Wake up every morning with a panoramic view of the landscape and end the day with the same view on the terrace of the villa with a glass of good Istrian wine. The villa is suitable for 8 people.



The interior of the villa is 236 m² and consists of 2 floors. On the ground floor there is an open space consisting of a kitchen, living room and dining room. The flow and spaciousness of the room makes it ideal for entertaining. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare delicious meals. Just a step through the balcony door separates you from the outdoor terrace where you can enjoy all your meals. When you get tired in the afternoon, there is a large sofa, ideal for relaxing. All rooms are air conditioned and heat on cooler days is provided by an internal wood burning fireplace.



There are 4 bedrooms in the villa, 1 on the ground floor and the other 3 upstairs. All bedrooms have double beds for maximum comfort and 2 rooms have ensuite bathrooms. The room on the ground floor has access to the terrace, while 1 room on the 1st floor has access to its own balcony. The lucky ones who get these rooms will be able to enjoy their own relaxation zone and admire the surrounding greenery. The house has 3 bathrooms and an additional guest toilet.



What makes Villa Stella Polaris really special is the huge green garden. Next to the 32 m² swimming pool, there are sun loungers for sunbathing and relaxing, and there are several relaxation areas on the outdoor terrace. The terrace can be closed off with baldachins for additional privacy, but we believe this will not be necessary as there is only greenery in front of the villa. There is also a small summer kitchen and barbecue area on the terrace. The large courtyard and children's playground will be the perfect area to keep the kids busy while you relax. Enjoy summer evenings under the stars, try night swimming and spend an unforgettable vacation in the heart of Istria.



In the immediate vicinity of the accommodation is the Višnjan Observatory, a visit to which must be on your "to do" list. While you are in the area, be sure to visit the towns of Motovun, Grožnjan and Buje and experience an authentic vacation in the interior of Istria.
