Extremely confusing and a huge hassle to check in. I booked on Expedia and then some other company messaged me on WhatsApp saying I need to give them my name, personal information and credit card to check in. There was no mention of any of this during the booking. So I imagine it is a scam. But they seem to have all the information about me checking in and they kept telling me on the WhatsApp that if I don’t check in through with them, I won’t be able to do it with the front desk. I called Expedia and they said that it is a scam because they don’t know anything about this. It is not mentioned in their checking system. Finally it turns out it was the hotel but they don’t approach you with the same name of the hotel. It’s a different company name and they also ask you for a security deposit which was not mentioned during the reservation. And they don’t give you any towels or toiletries other than what’s there at the moment of arrival. It is extremely hard to check in and deal with them and they don’t take care of you afterwards.

Hotel was ok for a night but would not stay longer than a couple of days. Everything about the room was dated. It needs a major renovation.
