Cocoonr offers you this charming 190 m² house to rent in Voglans. It has several landscaped outdoor areas, uninterrupted views of the mountains, a swimming pool and can accommodate up to 10 guests.

- Two shower rooms with showers and WCs
- A utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer
1st floor:
- A large open-plan living area, comprising three separate spaces: a dining area with access to the balcony where there is a table and two benches, a large fully equipped kitchen (fridge, oven, microwave, 3 induction hobs, electric kettle, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher) with access to the veranda, and a sitting area with corner sofa, coffee table and television with access to the balcony.
- Bedroom 4: with a double bed (140 × 190)
- Bedroom 5: with queen-size bed (160 × 200)

- Two separate WCs
For even greater comfort, the owners provide the following additional facilities: griddle, fan, iron and ironing board, table tennis table, two bicycles.

- A 5.5 m x 3 m semi-underground swimming pool facing south, private and unheated, open from early April to 15 September.

The house is ideally located in Voglans, in a very quiet residential area. No cars pass in front of the house. Nearby you'll find a bakery, a pizzeria, a hairdresser, several supermarkets and the Chamnord shopping centre.

- A few minutes from Lac du Bourget for swimming, paddle-boarding and other water activities.
- Close to Aix-les-Bains (10 km) for its thermal baths, casino, racecourse and golf course.
- Close to Chambéry and its historic old town.
- 30 minutes from Chanaz, "Little Savoyard Venice".
- 40 minutes from Annecy and 20 minutes from Lac d'Aiguebelette.
- Easy access to the Dent du Chat, Revard and Massif des Bauges hiking trails.
- Numerous cycle paths nearby.
- The Grand Revard ski area, La Féclaz 30 km away (skiing, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, hiking, etc.).
