This modern holiday home with a private pool is located in a quiet area on the island of Krk, in the charming town of Vrbnik, approximately 1.4 km from the sea. With 120 m² of living space, the house offers room for up to 8 people and is ideally suited for families or groups of friends seeking relaxation and comfort.



On the ground floor, you will find a spacious, air-conditioned living, dining and cooking area with a cosy seating area, SAT-TV and direct access to the terrace. The fully equipped kitchen features an electric cooker with four hobs, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, kettle, coffee machine, toaster and all important cooking utensils. A modern bathroom with shower completes the ground floor.



On the upper floor, there are three comfortable bedrooms, all air-conditioned and equipped with satellite TV. Each room has a double bed (160 × 200 cm), wardrobe and bedside tables, one of them additionally with a sofa bed. Two further bathrooms – one of them en suite – are equipped with shower or bathtub, toilet, washbasin and hairdryer.



The large terrace is equipped with a dining table, lounge furniture and sun loungers and leads directly to the well-maintained garden with barbecue facilities. Here you will also find the private outdoor pool (approx. 10 m²), which provides refreshing moments on warm summer days. An outdoor shower, parasols and sufficient seating offer additional comfort.



The property is partially fenced, with two parking spaces located directly by the house. Wi-Fi, bedding, and towels are included in the price. Pets are welcome, however, a surcharge per night will be applied.



The centre of Vrbnik with shopping opportunities and restaurants can be reached in a few minutes on foot. The picturesque beaches in the surrounding area are located approximately 1.4 km away. Thanks to the quiet, green environment, the house is the ideal retreat for relaxing holiday days, while numerous activities such as swimming, diving, kayaking, cycling or wine tastings nearby ensure variety.
