Everything was as listed and as pictured. The home is beautiful with all new appliances and a lot of recent updates. The canal is easily accessible and you can go fishing or crabbing off the dock. The beds were comfortable and it was nice having 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

This is a great house for a family, especially with the provided outdoor amenities as in bikes, kayaks, and a boat. The amenities in the home were a bit on the light side when it came to dishes, supplies and the overall feeling of a home. We did have one issue, the fridge smelled strongly of crab. I reached out to the owners for cleaning supplies because there was only a very small amount of dish soap provided and they allowed me to have the code to the closet to use the cleaning products. I am sure they would have cleaned the fridge themselves if I had asked. I think with a bit of effort to make the place feel more like a home instead of a rental I would have given this home a higher score.
