Experience modern comfort and rustic charm at this newly built home 35 minutes west of Edmonton. Perfect for family gatherings, small groups, or relaxing weekends away, this 2,800 sq ft home features a spacious layout, chef’s kitchen, firepit and outdoor hot tub for up to 9 guests.

BOOKING REQUIREMENTS :

- Primary guest must be 25+ years old and staying at the property.

- ID verification, signed rental agreement, and a $1000 security deposit hold
Security Deposit

- No third-party bookings (only the person booking may stay).
** If booking on behalf of employees for a company, you must add/invite 1 occupant to the reservation.

GUESTS & VISITORS :

- Max 9 registered guests.
- Extra guest fee applies after 4 people.
- All visitors must be approved by host & registered as a guest and not exceed our maximum guest count.
- No unregistered guests.

HOUSE RULES

- No smoking or vaping indoors or on premises – $300 fee.
- 1 dog only with approval – $300 fee for unapproved pets.
- No parties or events – $500 fee.
- Late checkout – $100/hr.
- Hot tub misuse/refill – $250.
- Extra cleaning – $50/hr.

LONG STAYS :

For stays 28+ nights: additional cleaning fee of $60 applies.
One month of starter supplies is provided; guests supply their own afterward.

We stayed in winter. It was minus 27. Such stunning views of Alberta's beautiful winter skies and snow flocked spruce. The place was immaculate and the furniture and beds were premium. Everything in the house is upgraded. The jacuzzi/spa is first class. A huge kitchen, stocked to entertain, complete with gas stove and coffee bar. Truly a chef's dream space. A quality experience. We'll be back.
