This property description claims free parking. I was charged $12. The shower was filthy. The corners were built up with black gunk. They scheduled fire alarm testing between 9am-10am. WHY? This lacks common sense. Do it after 11am checkout. So annoying!

Checking in we were told they didn’t have the king room that we had paid extra for. We would be stuck with a queen room. Contacted Hotels.com. They said it’s not on them, they would contact the hotel for an adjustment The hotel denied the adjustment. Essentially Hotels did nothing to resolve the issue. Also dirty utensil left on floor, and water coming up from the flooring.
