When we first arrived it seemed like a homeless people hangout, inside at the reception desk we were not acknowledged the receptionist was gossiping with a man, first impression was the hotel was old ,dirty, and smelly, we got our room key hallway carpet dirty smelly, our room was not appealing at all I had to wipe down everything I just was not comfortable , it was loud we could hear people arguing ,we didn’t feel safe at all at about midnight a woman was knocking at our door insisting we open the door so she can find her friend, we told her she had the wrong room, then about 30 min later there she goes again. We did not get any rest for our trip, this hotel seemed more like a Motel for prostitution this place is not a family safe place.

I reserved a room with tub but was assigned a shower room. They did fix that. The tub did not have a stopper though. There were roaches. The refrigerator frozen all of my food so didn’t have lunch to take to work and salad was frozen. Was not the most pleasant stay.
