This home offers 2 Bedrooms and a flex room/Office area that has a futon. There is a Full Kitchen with Brand new appliances. Bath with a new shower. Fresh paint everywhere. There is a small back deck perfect for morning coffee. This home is ideal for a small group of guests. Experience all Waconia has to offer with a stay near the Downtown, The Lake, Lots of activities and Several Medical Facilities all close by. We offer Large discounts for an extended stay of a week or more, when you will appreciate the convenience of a washer and dryer in the unit. We just finished up a remodel so everything will be brand new and fresh for your stay. The association is replacing the decks this fall as well.

Location was perfect. Walkable to a delightful bakery. We were in town for my niece’s wedding and it was close to all the festivities. It was very clean and had everything we needed.
