The first floor features a light-filled open-plan sitting and dining area with plush sofas, a cosy electric fireplace, and a generous dining table—ideal for gathering over a home-cooked meal. The adjoining kitchen is fully equipped with an electric oven, hob, fridge, freezer, coffee maker, and dishwasher, with a washer/dryer for added convenience. French doors lead from the kitchen to a south-facing sun terrace, perfect for soaking up the sun or enjoying a chilled drink while watching the sun set across the Cornish fields.
