Please review all rules carefully. ⸻ 3-BEDROOM HOUSE OVERVIEW • Maximum occupancy: 10 guests • Fully furnished 3-bedroom home • Living room, dining area, full kitchen Only registered guests are allowed on the property at all times. ⸻ CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT • Check-in: After 3 PM • Check-out: By 10 AM • Early or late check-out must be approved in advance. ⸻ HOUSE RULES (STRICTLY ENFORCED) NO SHOES • Please remove shoes when entering the home to keep floors clean. CLOSE WINDOWS • Please keep all windows and doors closed to keep insects from entering the home. Our home is in a tropical environment. NO SMOKING • No smoking or vaping anywhere on the property. • Violations may result in a cleaning fee and cancellation. NO PETS • No pets allowed. • Unauthorized pets will result in additional fees. NO PARTIES OR EVENTS • No parties, events, or large gatherings. • Guest limit must not exceed 10 people. • If you are planning a celebration, a Clubhouse is available for rent through the Homeowners Association (contact host to reserve). • Clubhouse amenities include a swimming pool and gym, included for registered guests only. • Violations may result in immediate cancellation without refund. QUIET HOURS • Quiet hours are from 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM. • Noise complaints may result in cancellation. SAFETY • No candles or open flames. • Lock doors and windows when leaving. • Emergency contact information is posted inside the home. BATHROOM & PLUMBING • Toilet paper only—do not flush wipes, paper towels, or feminine products. • Report any leaks or plumbing issues immediately. ⸻ A/C, HEAT & ELECTRICITY • Turn off lights, A/C, heat, and appliances when leaving. • Do not set A/C or heat to extreme temperatures. ⸻ AMENITIES & LIABILITY.
