This highly desired loft floor plan is located at the Fairway Villas, an exclusive gated community with elevator access. F34 has high ceilings and a spacious layout for up to six guests. The kitchen has been fully remodeled with quartz counters, colorful tiling and a bar counter that can sit four people. The living room has a large Smart TV, high ceilings and connects to the outdoor lanai through a glass slider. Enjoy sunset dinners on the lanai with expansive views of the green fairways and Kohala mountain. The master bedroom has a Purple Mattress king size bed, mountain views and a large en-suite bathroom (fully renovated in 2021) with quartz counters and a large walk-in shower.
