Load and start the dishwasher
Remove personal items and remove leftover food and drinks
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Linens & Beds: There is no need to gather towels or strip any linens. Please simply leave any used beds unmade so our cleaners know which ones were used.
Pet Cleanup: Do a final sweep of the yard and ensure you have picked up after your dog(s).
Yard & Toys: Put away all outdoor toys in the shed. Set hot tub temp to 98°F and cover.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Rules

Trash pickup is Wed morning between 9:30 and 10:30am. To prevent attracting local wildlife, wait until Wed morning to place your garbage on the curb.
Trash must be placed on the curb inside the RED garbage bag provided. Additional red bags are available for purchase at the grocery store for $7 each.
No glass or food allowed in the hot tub. Plastic cups are provided in the kitchen for your drinks. Please respect quiet hours while using.
