Bella Vida is a classic 1904 home that has been lovingly remodeled to offer maximum comfort. This 3,500 square foot, 3-level home has five bedrooms and three and a half bathrooms plus a queen-size sleeper sofa in the downstairs TV den. The home can easily accommodate up to 12 guests.

The kitchen is made for group cooking and the formal dining room seats up to 12 easily. Three floors means everyone can enjoy private time or gather together in the comfy living room, private patio or Den.

Cancellations: A 4% merchant service processing fee will be applied to all cancellations.
House Rules:

Check-in is at 4:00 PM or later. Check-out is 10:00 AM. Early or late requests must be approved in advance and may include a fee.

Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight. You may have up to 4 additional daytime visitors, provided they do not stay overnight and all house rules, including quiet hours and no events, are followed.

Exceeding the maximum overnight occupancy of the home without approval may result in a minimum $500 fee and/or immediate cancellation of the reservation without refund.

Parties, events, and large gatherings are not allowed.

Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Please be respectful of neighbors at all times.

No smoking or vaping inside the home. A minimum $250 fee will apply for violations.

Pets must be approved in advance where allowed. Unauthorized pets may result in additional fees.

This property includes a $50 Safely damage protection policy covering up to $3,000 in accidental damages. Guests are responsible for any damage not covered, including misuse or rule violations.

Please follow all posted rules for amenities (hot tub, pool, etc.), as additional fees may apply for misuse. Improper use of the hot tub that requires draining or additional cleaning may result in a $250 service fee.

The place is awesome. So spacious. Very comfortable. I would replace the toilet plunger on floor 1. The toilet only flushes when you hold the handle down for 30 seconds. The porch should be better lit, my guest had trouble making out the steps. You've got some water damage outside the house, fix it soon or it'll be a mess. A really great place, please maintain it, many people will enjoy it.

Girls wine weekend

We appreciated being able to walk to tasting rooms and restaurants downtown so easily. The kitchen was also really well appointed with lots of essentials that made cooking easy. Lots of space to spread out and lots of space to be together. A great stay!

Absolutely loved it!

My friends and I had a great time and loved the house! I would book Bella Vida again. I have already sent the home to another friend who is looking to go next year. It is close walking distance to Safeway and downtown shops/restaurants and wineries. The home is clean and the rooms are good sized. It was cozy and comfortable. We played games at night at the dining table and had a blast. There were 9 of us who stayed for the weekend. The kitchen is a good size as several of us would be preparing meals in the kitchen. We all look forward to returning next year and booking Bella Vida again!

We loved the house, plenty of room for eight adults and four children. Keeping the house cool was an issue, with 90 degree temps the air conditioner could not keep up. Sleeping upstairs was not an option, much too hot.

The home was very comfortable and and accommodated our family and our activities. Only one issue: the air conditioner wasn’t sufficient for the whole house. Upstairs bedroom was stuffy and quite warm, even with the small air circulation. The downstairs bedrooms were a little cooler but quite stuffy. Other than that the overall stay was nice…we enjoyed the outdoor seating and games were great! It was a treat to be that close to downtown also. Thank you very much.

Nice location great house

We came to town for a memorial service and needed a place for 8 family members to stay. Bella Vida was perfect for our needs. The home is very clean, the beds are comfy and the host was responsive. We had an issue with the dryer and the host was responding promptly.

We will stay here again

This home is beautiful. The rooms are all very comfortable with lots of space and nooks to socialize inside and outside. There were 6 of us staying in Walla Walla for wine tasting and girls getaway. Downtown is only a couple of blocks so we were able to walk everywhere. I highly recommend this home. So many great memories, yummy wine, fun shopping all the boutiques and lots of amazing food downtown. We will definitely stay here again.

Perfect Girls Weekend retreat

Spent a 60th b-day weekend with girlfriends at this charming home. Super clean and cozy, plenty of room for all of us, great communication with owner, easy in and out, walked to all the downtown spots. A perfect location, couldn't have been happier!
